Dr. Victoria was born in Corpus Christi and raised in Spring, TX. She attended the University of the Incarnate Word where she played D1 tennis and then completed dental school at UT Health San Antonio. She speaks fluent Spanish and is part Puerto Rican, Colombian, and Lebanese. She enjoys finding new coffee shops and restaurants and is a total foodie.

After graduating from NYU and University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Dr. Viraj Desai wanted to establish an Austin dental practice that focused as much on quality care as patient comfort. She made the move from NYC to Austin, and SWISH Dental came to be. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Desai loves to explore Austin’s outdoors and thriving music scene. She is also a practicing yogi, fashion connoisseur, & avid traveler.

After growing up in North Carolina and Virginia and attending dental school in Boston, Dr. Brendan Loehr made the move to Austin to find the perfect work/life balance. He is committed to providing the highest quality dental care in a patient-centered environment. He loves connecting with his patients on a personal level and helping them achieve their dental goals. Dr. Loehr has extensive experience with full mouth cosmetic procedures, as well as Invisalign and family dentistry.

When not working, you can find him training around the Austin area for his next big race. He has completed the Boston Marathon and competed in the Kona Ironman Championships twice.

Dr. Tofighi moved to Austin, Texas, from South Florida with her partner and their beautiful blue-eyed pitbull, Seli.

She received her bachelors at the University of Central Florida then her Dental degree at New York University. Committed to lifelong learning, she has completed many courses to enhance her skills including cosmetic veneers with celebrity dentists, Invisalign and other areas of family dentistry.

Her patient-centric approach focuses on delivering compassionate and efficient care with clear and effective communication. She has a proven track record of fostering a comfortable and trusting environment for her patients, alleviating dental anxiety.

Outside the office, you can find her with a good book at a local coffee shop, walking the trails around austin, and paddle boarding.

Dr. Amanda Marmurek was born and raised in Plano, Texas. She attended The University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'em!), where she earned a BS in Communication Studies. She then pursued her dental education at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she finished in the top of her class and graduated with a distinction in dental education. While in school, she was awarded The McGuff award which is "given to an exceptional senior dental student who has best demonstrated remarkable integration of oral and maxillofacial pathology into the practice of general dentistry."  She was also the events chair for the American Student Dental Association, a tutor to younger dental students, and played intramural sand volleyball. Dr. Marmurek is so excited to be living in Austin again and serving the Austin community.

Dr. Marmurek has a passion for learning and provides the highest level of care for her patients while making sure they feel respected, comfortable, and heard. She is a people person and says getting to know her patients is one of the best parts of being a dentist.

When Dr. Marmurek isn’t in the office, you can find her eating Tex Mex, at the movies, reading, traveling, and crafting. Dr. Marmurek is a huge Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys football fan. Dr. Marmurek ran her first half marathon in October 2023, and plans to run another in October 2024.
